Step 1: Booking; Contact Us: Get in touch with us to discuss your event's needs and check our availability.
Step 2: The Event
- 360 Video Booth Setup: We arrive at your event venue and set up our 360 video booth.
- Capture the Magic: Guests can hop onto the platform and create their own slow-motion, 360-degree videos with friends or solo.
- Scan the QR code: Scan and download your videos from the gallery.
Step 3: Sharing the Experience
Social Media Sharing: Easily share the 360 videos on social media to relive the magic and let others join in the fun.

Terms and conditions
Booking and Payment:
- A non-refundable 35% booking fee is required to reserve your event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the event starts.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of a cancellation, the 35% booking fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 30 days in advance.
Event Venue and Access:
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure that there is suitable space and access for the 360 video booth at the event venue.
Liability:
- 360 Pics NZ is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the 360 video booth during the event.
Privacy:
- We respect your privacy and will not share your event videos or personal information without your consent.
Disclaimer:
- 360 Pics NZ reserves the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the client.
